**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for K2 business process automation solutions, including workflow design, configuration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to K2 workflows, forms, and integrations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Train end-users on K2 platform functionality and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to business process automation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of workflow design principles and best practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in K2 platform.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- K2 blackpearl/K2 Five certification.
- Experience with SharePoint integration.
- Knowledge of.NET framework and web development technologies.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
