Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to the Director of Human Resources at PPL Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support, including calendar and time management, travel arrangements, and day-to-day coordination.
- Offer secretarial services, including correspondence and communication with internal and external parties.
- Assist with office responsibilities and other tasks as required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary to a CEO, Director, or COO.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Prior experience with ERP systems is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
