Sales Supervisor-hypermarket Sales

1. Sales team management:
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets within assigned hypermarkets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within hypermarkets
2. Order Management:
- Take and process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders
3. Customer relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hypermarket personnel, buyers and key decision-makers
- Act as the main point of contact to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address customer feedback appropriately
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to maximize revenue
4. Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product displays and visibility in hypermarkets
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demands
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the visibility and appeal of products
5. Monthly Promotions:
- Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and make necessary adjustments for future campaigns
6. Competitor analysis:
- Monitor competitor activity in the hypermarket segment and gather market intelligence
- Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings to devise effective strategies
- Identify areas of improvement and competitive advantages for the company
7. Documentation:
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time as per customer requirements
- Prepare and submit sales reports, activity logs, and other required documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market trends
8. Payment follow-up:
- Ensure prompt payment collection from hypermarket customers
- Collaborate with finance and accounts departments to resolve any payment-related issues
