Business Development Specialist

Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Assisting Chairman in day to day operation and activities in the Company.
- Develop a growing strategy for business, focusing on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Submit regular business reports to Management on current and future business prospects, tenders, awards, Work Orders.
- Helping the Management to fill-up vacant posts in the main organization chart, to enhance productivity and add values.
- Helping the Company to develop internal operating processes by introducing new technology (Ex. Softwares), tools and/or methods.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams for alignment and support.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor performance.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
