We are hiring for your ability to review and examine revenue management (RM) related data concerning passenger booking, velocity, inventory availability, pricing, group requests and, based on specific appointment, to take decision affecting pricing, demand, flight inventory, groups or alliances and global pricing products. To play a key role through high frequency and targeted decision making that affects Qatar Airways’ competitiveness and the ability to deliver its revenue goals and objectives including RASK (Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer).This position is a developmental role to ensure the successful integration, business readiness and development within the company.

Operational Requirements:

- Gather, Monitor and analyze a broad spectrum of data and insights including measures such as Individual/group, offline, passenger, volume, pace, Yield, ATV, Forecast, Market Share and dimensions such as Calendar Period, Flight, Market, POS, O&D, Cabin, RBD, Group, and interline to identify trends required take revenue management decisions appropriate to the assigned area.
- Execute scenario modelling to analyze potential revenue impact of changes to interline/codeshare fares and rules.
- Provide data analysis that supports development of interline policies and offline pricing strategies/plans that optimize generation of interline passenger revenues for Qatar Airways.
- Monitor and manage route demand forecast. Analyze cancelations forecasts and ensure measures are implemented to reflect the correct decrements on the route.
- Evaluate operations impact of political, societal, economic, environmental competitive or other disturbances summarizing the impact and possible counter measures for managerial decision making
- Work with RM specialists, solutions team and others to deliver on daily/weekly processes, for example regular reviews of demand or competitive benchmarking, using decision support tools such as PROS, Amadeus RAAV, RM Group Systems, Pricing Systems to set controls.
- Understanding and interpreting strategies including Yield, Load Factor, Overbooking, Cabin Contributions, Group Contribution, Alliance, interline, global products, distribution and others, set by management team, in order to implement and regulate the airlines priced availability.
- Seek out and recommend new opportunities, being reactive or proactive in decisions allowing he business to grow revenue or mitigate risk to meet revenue objectives.
