**Human Resources Assistant Manager
The HR Assistant Manager collaborates with the HR Manager in overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate seamless onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring a positive introduction to the organization.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Mediate conflicts and promote a harmonious work environment in adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Performance Management
- Support the performance evaluation process by providing guidance on goal-setting and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and development opportunities for staff advancement.
- Training and Development
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development initiatives and succession planning strategies.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with compensation policies.
- Conduct research and analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
- HR Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
- Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in HR documentation and record-keeping practices.
- HR Projects and Initiative
- Actively participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement, policy development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with demonstrated proficiency in core HR functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
