Service Delivery Duty Manager

Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Maintain high quality of service during the shift
- Meet with the airline representatives in relation to aircraft uplifts, staff movements and reasonable ad hoc requests
- Implement management instructions including customer service aircraft delivery and handling, food safety, HACCP, quality control and health and safety
- Report all non-conformances, investigates and implemets corrective actions to the Senior Management
- Investigate, conclude and report incidnets, accidents and flight delays
- Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives
- Oversee and supervise employees

University Qualification minimum to Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience

- Previous experince in inflight catering - Leading an operational team
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to work under high pressure
- String leadership/managerial skills
- Effective communication/presentation skills
