staff, and external users.
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events, training sessions, and recreational activities.

Customer/Student Support
- Act as the first point of contact for facility users, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide guidance on the proper use of equipment and adherence to facility rules.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users.

Programme Support
- Manage CUQ sports and recreation teams and ensure student engagement and safety.
- Assist in planning and delivering university sports programmes, events, and recreational activities.
- Responsible for organising events and liaising with third-party sports clubs, organisations, and university

leagues to ensure seamless coordination and optimal use of facilities.
- Support the setup and logistics for sports events, including equipment and facility preparation.

Administration
- Maintain accurate records of facility usage, bookings, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports on facility usage, maintenance needs, and improvement plans, making recommendations

for enhancements.
- Ensure policies and procedures related to facility use are effectively implemented and communicated.
- Ensure that the confidentiality of information is maintained in line with data protection requirements and

university policy.

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
