*Job Summary:*

The Rider Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of delivery riders. This includes ensuring that deliveries are made promptly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer service, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Supervise daily operations of riders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Train and onboard new riders, providing ongoing support and performance feedback.
- Monitor rider performance and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Address and resolve rider and customer issues or complaints effectively.
- Maintain records of deliveries, incidents, and rider performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular meetings with riders to discuss performance, updates, and improvements.
- Assist in recruitment efforts for new riders as needed.
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using delivery tracking software and related technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
