**_Job Objective_**
- To be _responsible _to assist_ the Credit Manager _to manage_ the Credit Department in a smooth and efficient way in compliance with all _Club _policies_._
**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- _Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, as per the company’s debt collection procedure_
- _Issue invoices that are checked against client contracts and make necessary adjustments and/or credits_
- _Ensure the correctness of invoices sent to club’s customers for billing_
- _Ensure_ follow up and collection activities_ on _a timely_ basis_ with all overdue accounts_
- _Ensure the _timely_ credit collections of all outstanding payments._
- _Prepares periodic collection reports and reconciliation with Accounts Receivable system_
- _Monitors and contr_ols over collection amounts, _ensuring its prompt_ly_ deposit_ed_ to _respective _banks_
- _Prepare Accounts Receivable report and _monitor_ aging accounts_
- _Collaborating with managers to ensure that all associated accounting requirements are adhered to _in accordance with_ established procedures / time _lines._
- _Work with the Credit Manager to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers_
- _Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members._
- _Ensure that the appropriate standards of conduct, attire, hygiene, uniform and appearance are maintained at all times._?_
- _To _participate_ in any Training & Development sessions as recommended by _the Manager_._
- _Perform Other Duties as assigned_._
