Front Office Supervisor

Supervise the day to day operation in Front Desk.
- Check all colleagues grooming and hygiene standards.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
- Check the HK discrepancy report and update AFOM and or FOM if required.
- Ensure that the checklist done properly and sign the checklist after the completion of the required shift tasks.
- Keep thorough records of guest accounts and available rooms.
- Handle cash transactions, calculate invoices, and process payments.
- Establish payment channels and confirm guest credit.
- Help with bookings, cancellations, and visitor questions about the hotel's amenities and nearby sights.
- Address visitor grievances as soon as possible and bring them up with management if required.
- Do the credit limit on daily basis for all guest in house.
- Check the team's transactions during shift closure.
- Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping staff to solve any problems arises with the guest rooms.
**Qualification**
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Maximum of 1-2 year of experience in Hospitality as Front Office Supervisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented and possess a goal-setting mindset.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Must have a valid QID with NOC.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
