**Job Summary**: As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the visual and conceptual identity of our brand. You will lead the creative direction for our fine dining restaurants and luxury cafés, ensuring that all aspects of our brand reflect the elegance and exclusivity that our customers expect. This role requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, particularly in the luxury sector, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Leadership**:Develop and execute the overall creative vision for our brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Lead a team of designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and content.
- **Brand Development**: Shape and refine the brand’s identity, ensuring it resonates with our target audience in the luxury market. Create compelling brand stories that highlight our fine dining and café offerings.
- **Campaign Management**: Conceptualize and oversee marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new menu launches, and special events. Ensure that all campaigns are visually stunning and aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- **Visual Design**: Oversee the design and aesthetics of all customer-facing materials, including menus, packaging, digital content, and in-store displays. Ensure that every element reflects the brand’s premium image.
- **Photography & Videography**: Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content that showcases our culinary creations and luxurious interiors.
- **Market Insight**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the fine dining and luxury café sectors. Use this knowledge to inform and inspire creative strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, culinary, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to brand management.
- **Cultural Relevance**: Leverage your understanding of the Arabic-speaking market to create culturally relevant content that resonates with our audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
- **Proven experience as a Creative Director, ideally within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on fine dining restaurants and luxury cafés.**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in luxury branding, visual design, and campaign management.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and the ability to create high-end, sophisticated visual content.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading creative teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong photography and videography skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for food and interior design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
