To be responsible for the overall care and service for guests throughout their stay.

Greet and meet and assist guest upon the arrival and escort to their rooms.

Assist and follows up guests’ requests and inquiries.

Provide information and service based on the hotel standards and policies.

**primary responsibilities**:

- Assist in maximizing room sales and revenue.
- Prepare guest name lists.
- Prepare for guest arrivals and departures.
- Greet and address guests by name upon their check-in and check-out.
- Assist guests while they are registering.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, luggage, payment, etc.
- Escort guests to their rooms.
- Show the room features and facilities to guests.
- Assist and follow up guests’ requests and inquiries.
- Recommend F&B outlets and entertainment in the hotel to guests.
- Brief next shift personnel to hand over at the end of the shift.
- Provide information, directions and service based on the hotel standards and policies.
- Operate the Business Center in providing secretarial service and handles all requested documents and information.
- Ensure a prompt delivery of mails and messages.
- Is familiar with all cashier policies, credit cards, traveler cheques, currencies as well as foreign exchange.
- Control and distribute guest room keys.
- Strictly follow hotel and company standards and policies.
- Inform management regarding guest feedback or any unusual events.
- Is familiar with the emergency procedures of the hotel.

Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Manager or FO Manager.
