Entrepreneurship and Business Course Trainer

The Entrepreneurship Trainer (freelancer) will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive training program to equip students with the fundamental skills of entrepreneurship.

**Responsibilities**:

- deliver a comprehensive 4-week training program that covers areas such as business modeling, value proposition design, entrepreneurial mindset, and the preparation of project feasibility studies.
- Facilitate interactive workshops based on open discussion, group activities, training videos, and real-life examples.
- Provide guidance to participants in developing a project idea and preparing for the feasibility study.
- Engage participants through ice-breaking exercises and brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare and submit a closing report at the end of the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Proven experience as a trainer or a similar role in the field of entrepreneurship/ business courses.
- Strong understanding of the Qatari market and the challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship.
- Excellent Arabic communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Proficient in using various training methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of financial management, lean startup methodologies, and business model canvas would be beneficial.
- Ability to teach the principles of the Lean Startup methodology.
- Experience in guiding participants on how to validate their proof of concept.
- Proficiency in imparting a Design Thinking mindset to participants.
- Knowledge of the framework for creating a viable product.
- Ability to help participants understand their target market and its dynamics.
- Experience in guiding participants on how to craft and articulate their vision to stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
