**VoIP ENGINEER**

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong VoIP background. Must be able to administer Cisco's VoIP portfolio including Unified
- Communications Manager v.10.5, UCCX, Voice Gateways, Telepresence, TMS, Jabber.
- Strong networking background. Must be able to administer Cisco's Catalyst and Nexus line of
- switches, ISR's and ASR's line of routers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills. Can systematically work-out the issues related to network and
- voice infrastructure.
- Can support the wireless infrastructure using Cisco access points and the 8500 line of controllers.
- Can work with commercial and open-source tools to aid in administration and
- troubleshooting.
- Experienced with VMWare's ESXi and Microsoft Server platform.

**Scope of Work and Services**
- Engage with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand their requirements.
- Troubleshoot network and voice related issues.
- Create and update documents related to voice and switching infrastructure.
- Work closely with users to solve their concerns.
- Administer the voice and switching infrastructure of local and remote sites.
- Analyze and recommend enhancements that can be made to the switching and voice platform.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract

- Cisco VoIP: 7 years (required)
