**Responsibilities**

Select & contact vendors (both local & international) develop, maintain & manage a relationship on:

- Product or services information
- Sample product.
- Availability and delivery schedule
- Cost-effective materials for office and customer’s use
- Annual Evaluation
- Defective or unacceptable goods

Prepare, complete, maintain, monitor and update:

- Purchase Order related to inventory items and fixed assets.
- Purchase Order related to vehicle lease, truck rent and other freight related,
- Item Request for each current projects.
- Transfer of Inventory, Resale and Non-resale
- List of Type Numbers, Controlled Numbers
- Delivery Note and Receipt Note of client rented equipment,
- Fixed Asset movement (Inbound and Outbound equipment)
- Perform Annual Inventory Count.
- Perform Annual Fixed Asset Count.
- Verifies nomenclature and specifications of purchase requests.

Maintain procurement records on:

- Materials, equipment, and services
- Delivery costs
- Product quality / performance

Ensure the correct storage and maintenance of goods in accordance with Company API recommendations.

Coordinates with the freight company on:

- Mobilizing and demobilizing equipment
- Documentation requirements
- Delivery costs by road, sea, and air
- Expedite delivery of goods
- Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound manifest.
- Prepares the packing list for export to any job site and acquiring the proper documents for export or import of the shipment.
- Prepare and submit cargo manifest to Qatar Steel
- Ensure correct documentation is attached.
- MSDS
- Any dangerous goods declarations

**Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for the inventory and availability of stocks in the warehouse.
- Responsible for the status of the equipment and its location.

**Qualifications**:

- Must maintain exceptional vendor relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Must have excellent computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exemplify the high standards necessary to accomplish the goals of the company.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends when necessary.

**Educational Qualification**:

- College Graduate

**Number of years of experience**:

- 2 to 3 years work-related experience
