**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting for Content Management Officer for Customer Contact Centre in Doha.

Specific responsibilities for the role include:

- Reviews requests as assigned by the content or Privilege club team from various stakeholders, not limited to internal departments, outstations and group companies, and makes the appropriate updates on the Qatar Airways website to ensure correctness.
- Assists in the creation of campaign content, including but not limited to campaign landing pages and updates to the Qatar Airways homepage, in order to promote Qatar Airways products, promotion and other revenue - generating campaigns as requested.
- Actively refers to brand communication guidelines when reviewing content for Qatar Airways digital touchpoints to ensure that content is in line with the Qatar Airways brand and tone of voice.
- Fulfills briefs as requested to provide support to internal product development teams by requesting other language updates and features on all online digital touchpoints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gather the information required and share it with the line manager so that the content team will be able maintain the website guidelines and how to documents to ensure all regional users are equipped to utilize the CMA (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Report any front or back-end bugs observed during day-to-day activities to the appropriate team member to ensure they can be addressed and resolved as required.
- Contribute ideas to or identify noncompliant assets with the Design team to ensure all content and digital assets are appropriately displaying as per the web content guidelines.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**About you**:
To be successful in the role, you must have the following qualification and skills:

- High school qualification/ Vocation Qualification with minimum 4 years of job-related experience

OR
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Experience as a copywriter or writer creating content for various media, blogs, online sales channels or advertising agency, is preferred.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality.
- Demonstrate core understanding of the Ecommerce and digital environment and customer touchpoints.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with technology trends.
- Demonstrated a high level of communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and work towards delivering project deadlines.
- Understanding of social media and creative considerations.
- Command of Classical Arabic and ability to translate copy from English to Arabic.
