Head Chef (French Breakfast Menu Expert)
**Responsibilities**:
- French Breakfast Expertise: Prepare and present authentic French breakfast dishes with a focus on traditional cooking methods, flavor profiles, and presentation.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef to design and update the French cuisine menu, featuring seasonal ingredients and innovative creations.
- Breakfast Culinary Delights: Showcase your culinary skills by crafting delectable breakfast dishes, from classic to contemporary options, catering to diverse tastes.
- Ingredient Selection: Source and select the finest and freshest ingredients for all French and breakfast dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and taste.
- Cooking Techniques: Demonstrate proficiency in various French cooking techniques, including braising, sautéing, roasting, and baking.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during breakfast and French cuisine services, ensuring smooth operations and timely preparation.
- Food Presentation: Pay meticulous attention to food presentation, creating visually appealing dishes that align with French culinary aesthetics.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistent quality across all dishes, regularly tasting and adjusting flavors to meet our high standards.
- Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation practices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train junior kitchen staff in French cooking techniques, breakfast preparation, and proper kitchen practices.

**Required Skills**:
