**Job Title: Commercial Director (Cluster) - Sales and Marketing**

**Overview**: As the Commercial Director (Cluster) - Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market share for our hotel group. You will oversee the sales and marketing strategies for a cluster of hotels within our portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and brand standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans for the cluster of hotels to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
- Lead a team of sales, marketing, and revenue management professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry influencers to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory management across the cluster.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and guest satisfaction metrics to executive leadership.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand standards across all marketing collateral, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Manage the cluster’s sales and marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment.
- **Must have 4-5 star hotel experience**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience ( years) in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit properties, attend industry events, and meet with clients.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
