**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy Development**:Design and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance its reputation in the defense sector.
- **Digital Marketing and Online Presence**:Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, social media engagement, online advertising, and content creation to strengthen the company's online profile.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase the company’s products and services. Ensure that the brand’s message is communicated effectively to target audiences at each event.
- **Marketing Content Creation**:Develop engaging and high-impact marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and other promotional content tailored to the defense industry.
- **Collaboration and Networking**:Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and media representatives.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies.
- **Performance Metrics and Reporting**:Establish KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data and provide reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
- **Compliance and Ethical Standards**:Ensure that all marketing activities and communications comply with relevant defense sector regulations and ethical guidelines.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, or event marketing. Prior experience within the defense or related industry is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and content management systems (CMS).
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations and promotional content.
- Experience with exhibition planning, including booth design, logistics coordination, and event promotion.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
