**Your day-to-day**:
As an Accounts Payable, You Will Be a Critical Member Of The Hotel Finance Team By Performing The Following Tasks To The Highest Standard
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Provide timely, focused, value-added management reporting to assess the performance of the AP function and financial performance of the hotels and agreed upon action plans where necessary
- Monitor and enhance AP Function performance
- Maximize cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory (avoid excessive supply), credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships within Finance team and with all other colleagues.
