**BD - Construction**
Exp : Min 2+ Years of Qatar construction field experience with driving license.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing of targets together with the Line Manager.
- Monthly monitoring of targets using defined reporting document
- Nurturing customer contacts and acquiring new customers
- Preparing quotations and Monitoring quotation processing
- Contract negotiations, Contract review, signing or, where necessary, consultation with Line Manager.
- Preparing accounting documents (performance reports) for Invoicing
- Initiating and monitoring of budget schedules at start of a project and monitoring of these on a monthly base. This also includes monitoring of contract deviations and claim management.
- Initiating measures in the event of quality or performance discrepancies
- Negotiations with approving authorities
- Initiating procurements
- Defining and reporting investment needs
- Developing sales and marketing strategies, concepts (taking part in specialist conferences and trade fairs, product presentation, in-house training, advertising)
- Monitoring and adjusting internal operating procedures and organization or, where necessary, consultation with Directors
Authorities:
- Finalize Budget and submit for approval.
- Raising of invoices and release of payment
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
