Receptionist/front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and their pets as they enter the clinic, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the clinic’s calendar, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the veterinary team.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client and patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Assist with filing, data entry, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate cases to management when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
