Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Property Showcasing: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each unit. Tailor your presentations to match the needs and preferences of individual clients.

Tenant Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from potential tenants, whether they are made in Arabic or English. Be knowledgeable about the available properties and rental terms.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both current and potential tenants. Address any concerns or questions they may have, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and rental rates in the area. Use this knowledge to competitively price and position available properties.

Advertising and Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertisements and social media campaigns.

Lease Renewals: Proactively communicate with current tenants to discuss lease renewal options, ensuring a high retention rate.

Rental Agreements: Prepare accurate and legally binding rental agreements that align with the company's policies and regulations.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and comprehensive records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property availability.

Multilingual Support: Serve as a valuable resource for non-English-speaking clients by providing information, assistance, and translations in Arabic.

**Requirements**:
Fluency in Arabic and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential to effectively interact with diverse clients.

Real Estate Knowledge: Prior experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred. A strong understanding of leasing procedures, fair housing laws, and industry best practices is a plus.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and understand their needs and preferences.

Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.

Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to resolving challenges and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using property management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant technology.

Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required to accommodate the schedules of potential tenants.
