Nos emplois ne consistent pas seulement à déplacer des objets d'un endroit à l'autre. Dans nos hôtels, les livreurs travaillent avec l'ensemble des services pour s'assurer que les clients et les associés ont ce dont ils ont besoin au moment où ils en ont besoin. Que ce soit pour remettre des articles directement aux clients dans leur chambre ou fournir le soutien à l'entretien ménager, l'ingénierie, les banquets, les restaurants, la réception ou d'autres secteurs qui ont besoin d'aide, nos livreurs se déplacent dans cet environnement pour accomplir leur travail. Ils sont essentiels pour assurer le bon fonctionnement dans tout l'hôtel.

Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le maintien de la confidentialité, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Les livreurs travaillent debout et en se déplaçant (se tenir debout, assis ou marcher pendant une période prolongée; se déplacer dans des espaces étroits, confinés ou élevés, ainsi que monter et descendre des escaliers ou des rampes de service), ils doivent s'assurer qu'ils ont tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour effectuer leur travail (lire et vérifier les informations dans une variété de formats, y compris les petits caractères; inspecter visuellement les outils, l'équipement et les machines) et doivent mettre la main à la pâte (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 55 livres (25 kg) sans assistance; atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser). Il est essentiel que les livreurs exécutent toutes ces tâches à la perfection (et toute autre tâche raisonnable qui leur est assignée) - ainsi, nos clients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera de prospérer.
