1- Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments and travel itineraries.

2- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

4-Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper.

5- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

6- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences and events.

7-Prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute them promptly.

8- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and equipped as needed.

9- Assist with Special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

10- Conduct research and gather information to support executive decisions.

11-Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

12- Build and maintain professional relationships within and outside the organization.

13- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

14- Prepare travel itineraries and manage travel expenses report.
