**Résumé des fonctions**
Répondre, enregistrer, consigner et traiter chaque appel, demande, question ou préoccupation des clients. Utiliser un poste de standard téléphonique. Traiter les demandes des clients désirant un appel de réveil, le filtrage des appels, ne pas être dérangés, le transfert d’appel, une conférence téléphonique, un appel de relais ATS et les appels de clients ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel. Informer les clients lorsqu’ils ont reçu des messages. Surveiller les lignes occupées ou sans réponse, vérifier auprès des appelants en attente afin de mettre à jour l’état de l’appel et offrir de prendre un message. Recevoir, enregistrer et transmettre des messages précis complets et lisibles. Activer et désactiver les lumières de message dans les chambres de clients, le cas échéant. Informer les clients sur la façon d’accéder à l’Internet; transférer les clients éprouvant des difficultés à la ligne de soutien à la clientèle du fournisseur. Tester le matériel de communication afin de vous assurer qu’il fonctionne correctement. Répondre aux demandes spéciales des clients ayant des besoins particuliers. Contacter la personne ou le service approprié lorsque nécessaire en réponse aux appels, demandes ou problèmes de clients. Faire le suivi auprès des clients pour s’assurer que leurs demandes ou problèmes ont été traités à leur satisfaction. Envoyer un chasseur ou un voiturier au besoin.
Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire; s’assurer que son uniforme et son apparence personnelle sont propres et professionnels; préserver la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; protéger les actifs de l’entreprise. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Parler aux autres en utilisant un langage clair, approprié et professionnel; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les autres; assurer le soutien de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Entrer et trouver de l’information à l’aide d’ordinateurs et de systèmes de point de vente. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
