It's crucial to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards while keeping the pastry/bakery kitchen area well-organized and clean.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry/Bakery or similar role in a luxury hotel or reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, including decorating and finishing techniques.
Creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional pastry creations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Culinary certification or relevant qualification in Pastry/Bakery is preferred.
