Job Overview:

Airswift is a Global Manpower Provider specializing in the Energy, Infrastructure & IT sectors. We are working with our Oil and Gas Client based in Qatar to source for a Field Operator.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Involved in project construction completion checks and walkthroughs, pre-commissioning, commissioning, PSSR, startup activities, site acceptance tests, and performance tests as directed by the Lead/Senior Commissioning Engineer.
  • Monitor project scope normal operations until one month after successful performance test as directed by the Lead/Senior Commissioning Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by 3 years full-time technical training.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in construction, commissioning, and start-up of oil & gas processing and production facilities (Onshore/Offshore), preferably with EPIC contracting companies, of which a minimum of eight (8) years in Commissioning.
  • Experience in operations, maintenance, and projects' pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and hand-over activities.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant technical knowledge with multi-discipline engineering exposure and troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT and analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
