Customer Success Account Strategist

We are seeking a Customer Success Account Strategist to join our Microsoft Power Platform Community team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to drive quality solution delivery and health.
Main Responsibilities- Technical Relevance: Understands and aligns Microsoft solutions and technical capabilities with customer needs and priorities, leveraging broad foundational industry and technical expertise to enable customer success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Builds and coaches others on customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement strategy and models, developing, maintaining, and building upon foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.
- Customer Success Leadership: Leads the strategic execution of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritizing engagements, and managing key stakeholder and executive expectations to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 5+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
- Certifications: Prosci or equivalent certification, Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification
