About the Role

A Leading Group Of Companies In UAE is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Expert to join their team in Qatar. As a Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Work with the Marketing Manager and team to identify opportunities for communication and promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency and cost-effective use of resources.
  2. Market Analysis: Analyse customer divisions, identifying opportunities, and defining appropriate plans for each division.
  3. Brand Promotion: Cultivate relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to maximise brand awareness.
  4. Marketing Campaign Execution: Liaise with PR and BD departments for the implementation of BTL promotional activities, including sales events, retail collaborations, and production of sales collaterals.
  5. Marketing Compliance: Monitor the compliance of any BTL/B2C marketing activity within the approved budget.
  6. Digital Marketing: Drive and support the development and implementation of marketing communications, social media, and digital marketing initiatives through all applicable channels.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or similar relevant field.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years' experience in marketing communication, preferably in the transportation/airline industry or in advertising/marketing agencies within a multicultural environment.
  3. Skills: Demonstrable experience in strategic and tactical marketing planning and campaign execution, with strong knowledge of social media marketing.
  4. Language Skills: Good understanding of local marketing trends, media industry, social media trends, and strategies. Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Arabic.
