The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in Power International Holding, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver service excellence and recruitment expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement creative strategies to identify, pipeline, and select global talent for current and future opportunities.
  2. Hiring Manager Partnership: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to provide expert guidance, coaching, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Talent Pipeline Management: Manage the identification, qualification, and engagement of potential candidates through various channels, including networking, applicant tracking systems, and internet resources.
  4. Candidate Assessment: Develop job-appropriate interview questions and coach hiring managers on effective assessment techniques to ensure the best-fit candidates.
  5. Vendor Partnerships: Effectively manage vendor partnerships to balance organizational goals with cost management.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Advanced Knowledge: Proven understanding of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment methodologies, and sourcing techniques.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to supervise a team of recruiters and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms.
  • Employer Branding: Experience in promoting the employer brand, optimizing candidate experience, and diversity recruiting.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
