SupportFinity is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality services. We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Manager - Front Office to join our team and contribute to our mission.
The OpportunityThis role offers the chance to work closely with the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk at the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction while ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate strategies.
Key Accountabilities- Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager to achieve daily objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Builts strong relationships with employees, guests, and owners.
- Possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Display strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Show flexibility in scheduling and ability to multitask.
- Preferably reside in Qatar, with support for relocation.
- Be proficient in Arabic, which is beneficial.
