Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, while providing exceptional service and support to our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the daily activities of our front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain high standards for our department, adhering to our core values and hotel policies.
- Lead by example, inspiring our colleagues to deliver exceptional service and creating a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other leaders in the department and hotel to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Manage guest issues and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel operations, policies, and procedures to provide expert guidance to our team.
- Minimum 1 year of previous front desk supervisory experience in a large hotel preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of property management systems, Microsoft Office, and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
