Business Development Manager

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key CCTV account customers, primarily System Integrators (SIs), Big Installers, and end-users.
- Lead and motivate local SI sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve gross profit margins.
- Support customer relationships during pre- and post-sales phases through collaboration with key account teams.
- Identify and track opportunities from initial contact to commitment and win stages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during design phases, including system integration and big installers.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence new product development.
- Boost market share within existing customers through increased project execution.
- Develop high-level relationships within relevant departments at key customers.
- Develop strategies for each key account to achieve revenue goals and foster strategic corporate relationships.
We seek an experienced business developer with a strong background in the Security & CCTV industry.
- Familiarity with the project market and solid networking with System Integrators (SIs) and established presence within the end-user network.
- Strong selling skills, ability to listen, and tailor presentations to meet customer needs, as well as team management expertise.
- Responsibility, persistence, proactivity, and ability to drive business independently.
- Effectiveness in motivating teams and driving sales in a time-sensitive environment.
- Competitiveness in achieving targets and efficiency.
- Excellent public speaking skills, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
