Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Dredging) to oversee the day-to-day activities of dredging projects, including project management, contract and client management, project execution, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee project management, contract and client management, project execution, and logistics management for dredging projects.
  2. Ensure projects are completed within time, budget, and quality requirements.
  3. Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  6. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in dredging projects.
  2. Experience in rock dredging, backfilling, and backhoe works.
  3. Expediting, project management, and inspection experience.
  4. Logistics management skills.
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Desirable Skills

Experience with dredging projects and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards of RLIC would be beneficial.
