Job Title: Sales and Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Management Solutions International MSI. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for selling our products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Research and recommend new opportunities.
  • Answer queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
  • Organize sales visits.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in an F&B/Restaurant Operations/Catering Services preferably.
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork.
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Up-to-date F&B knowledge.
  • Passionate in sales & target-oriented.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
