Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and service efforts in the Middle East region, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives in the Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead a team of sales and service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Desired Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and service leadership roles, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
