Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design process, developing design concepts, calculations, and detailed drawings for various building projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to structural engineering teams, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural requirements into overall project designs.
  • Conduct structural analysis using advanced software tools to evaluate the performance and stability of building structures.
  • Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate structural engineering tasks, schedules, and budgets to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative structural solutions to optimize project performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • Strong knowledge of STAAD Software and extensive structural knowledge for Buildings, Heavy Civils, and Infrastructure works.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Practical knowledge and ability in Structural Engineering design and construction, with experience in preparing reports, designs, and drawings.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software, with experience in structural engineering building design on multi-disciplinary building envelope projects.

Education
