About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA/QC team in the Jackets department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with a proven track record of delivering quality projects in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Lead a team of quality assurance specialists to conduct audits, inspections, and testing of Jackets facilities
* Collaborate with EPC contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables
* Develop and deliver external and internal audit programs, as well as quality surveillance programs
* Ensure successful quality completions of International Offshore Jackets Projects from FEED to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover activities

Requirements

* Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or equivalent
* Diploma in Quality Assurance from a recognized Quality Institute or equivalent
* CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector with ISO 9712 NDE Qualifications
* 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 10 years demonstrated senior engineering experience in major capital projects
* Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry
* Proven track record of deliverance in challenging project environments in a Project Quality Manager role
