Job Title: Technical Coordinator

At Noqoody Payment Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the progress of tasks to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure adherence to company standards and discuss progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology in your field of expertise to recommend new products and services to clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns.
  • Train new employees on the job or review their work to ensure tasks are performed correctly.
  • Support vendors to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers, training them on proper system use.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Log, track, and document customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to senior staff or management as needed.
  • Research solutions to customer problems and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Configure and test computer systems and peripherals according to customer specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Technical Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with system administration and maintenance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Administrative writing skills.
  • Verbal communication.

  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
