About the Role

As a Digital Marketing cum Business Development Executive at lxbfYeaa, you will play a key role in driving business growth and increasing brand visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a B2B as well as B2C environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic to the company's website.
  • To create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • To conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • To track and analyze website analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective digital marketing solutions.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • To identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • To monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • To prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a B2B as well as B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital marketing platforms such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
