As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about our products and services. You will be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of our solutions, providing demos, and answering technical questions. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Technical Sales Professional. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on the benefits of our solutions, and driving revenue growth through demo presentations and technical discussions. You'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the latest cloud and open source technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical expertise: A solid understanding of cloud and open source technologies, including Linux, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Sales experience: A proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaboration: A willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering.
