About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to driving sales of engineering products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing engineering solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, ideally within the mechanical engineering industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, Hoes components, and product applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and have a strong customer service focus.
