Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Partnership and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong ties within university communities and will play a crucial role in engaging students and vendors to join our platform. This role focuses on acquiring users, onboarding them, and driving early platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with university administrators, student organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote the platform.
* Identify and engage with potential vendors to encourage them to list items on the platform.
* Onboard students and vendors, guiding them through the platform\u2019s features and usage.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase platform adoption among university students.
* Participate in and organize campus events to boost platform visibility and engagement.
* Collect and relay user feedback to improve the platform\u2019s functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

* Strong connections within university communities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably within an academic environment.
* Energetic and proactive in engaging with the student demographic.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
