We're looking for an individual who can develop and promote good fire safety practices among HIA staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop training programs to enhance fire safety awareness among employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  2. Review and refine our fire safety compliance strategy to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  3. Plan and conduct regular fire safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of our fire safety wardens and provide guidance on emergency response procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and certifications.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fire safety or a related field, preferably in an airport environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to fire safety or emergency management.
  3. Possession of a fire officer certificate and knowledge of NFPA requirements are highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on promoting a culture of fire safety within our organization.
