Join our Smart Infrastructure Building Products Business Unit as the Dedicated Fire Sales Representative and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter and safer place for tomorrow.

Your Role –

Building Products (BP) is making smart buildings real. Its offering comprises of fire safety products, Building Management Systems, HVAC field devices, IoT buildings products, software and cloud-based solutions to manage buildings anywhere - anytime.

Siemens environment is very dynamic, handling Multi-Partners and Multi projects/opportunities. You will join an agile and diverse team and will be responsible for Fire Safety Portfolio sales and business development by achieving the targets; closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their continued commitment and sales contribution.
  3. Ensure efficient sales support for all partners and customers with Fire safety-specific product portfolio demand.
  4. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners, monitoring their sales performance, market share, and overall effectiveness.
  5. Create and execute channel partner marketing and sales strategies.
  6. Plan and ensure overall Fire safety sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities.
  7. Analyze the specific market conditions and build a sound market-related network of stakeholders.
  8. Prepare regular reports and forecasts on channel partner performance for senior management.
  9. Coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with inside sales/other involved professionals and management.
  10. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and product knowledge.
  11. Provide and manage information for forecasts and planning via Salesforce CRM system such as opportunity funnels.
  12. Establish and support demand generation & value selling through partners.
  13. Conduct Fire safety technical sales training and provide support for product selection and value engineering.
  14. Develop relationships with various consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of our existing partners.
  15. Collect data related to market transparency to enable the preparation of business growth plans and strategy.
  16. Work with planners & consultants for approvals, design and specifications.
  17. Manage and meet main contractors, EPC's and MEP contractors to ensure sales.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical degree (MBA preferred).
  2. Strong know-how of fire safety products and solutions.
  3. Strong organizational and sales management skills.
  4. Experience in Fire safety industry for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales manager role (7-10 years).
  5. Preferably, experience in Siemens Fire safety products (Fire alarm and Fire suppression system) and/or with other leading fire systems products.
  6. Understanding of promoting premium products with value-selling against price-driven market/competitors.
  7. The ability to motivate the partners to push/sell Siemens products to achieve targets.
  8. Qatar market knowledge, Sales and customer development, Domain-specific standards and regulations (Fire), Identifying and developing customer value, Sales and customer development, Account business planning, Consultative selling and Communicative, passionate, self-driven, reliable and fast-learner.
  9. Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  10. Fluent English language skills, Arabic language is preferred.
