  • Cross-check every documentation for all E-GOV invoices paid by immigration department.
  • FOLLOW UP AND CONTROL NEW RESIDENT PERMIT AND RP RENEWAL PROCESS
  • Communicate with E-Government/Hukoomi support team to solve immigration problems.
  • Document and provide requests to PRO for submission to immigration department.
  • Regularly enter every E-Gov payment invoice.
  • FOLLOW UP AND CONTROL WORK/BUSINESS VISA FEES APPLIED ELECTRONICALLY/E-GOV
  • Maintain a report for all employees entering Doha on a daily basis.
  • Add/delete new company in smart card (E-Gov).
  • Handle exit permits payment in case of emergency leave.
