Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Specialist to help us drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships within the B2B sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential B2B clients who could benefit from our comprehensive driving training programs.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities.
  5. Customize our training solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of B2B clients.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop B2B marketing materials and campaigns.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  10. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
Required Skills:
  • 3 to 5 years of proven track record of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the driving education industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Qatar driver's license is mandatory.
  • Proficient in English.
