Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Retention Professional to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our COPS department, you will be responsible for handling telesales and retention activities, including migrating prepaid customers to postpaid plans, upgrading postpaid customers to higher plans, and selling new Vodafone products.
Key Responsibilities- Handle disconnection requests from postpaid customers and attempt to retain them by resolving issues and providing relevant retention offers.
- Manage multiple customer telesales tasks and activities, including inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets, and customer complaints/escalations.
- Diploma in any field.
- Experience in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to use a CRM system.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers as per Vodafone Qatar's quality standards.
